Surgery Center Manager

Busy ophthalmology group practice is seeking an experienced ASC manager. Duties include management of all clinical activities and resources for two operating rooms, post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), sterile processing department (SPD), and ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care. The ASC Manager will ensure compliance with regulations of governing bodies and accrediting agencies. The Manager will serve as the ASC representative with accrediting agencies during surveys and oversee all quality and risk management. The ASC Manager will foster a team-oriented environment that promotes the mission and vision of our practice.

Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Leadership, Business, or five years of similar experience may substitute for degree requirement. RN/BSN preferred. Minimum of five years of operating room experience, to include responsibility for regulatory compliance. Strong preference will be given to applicants who have demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong clinical and managerial competency.

Competitive salary and excellent benefit package. Day Shift, no weekend or Holiday work.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
