Team Lead

Benchmark BPO is looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and develop our US campaign teams. The ideal candidate should have strong BPO leadership experience, particularly in ACA and Medicare campaigns, with excellent people-management and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Team Lead in a BPO handling US campaigns.
• Experience with ACA and Medicare campaigns is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and people-management skills.
• Ability to micromanage team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience conducting team training, coaching, and performance sessions.
• Professional, presentable, patient, and approachable personality.
• Ability to maintain a balanced and diplomatic leadership style — firm when required, but respectful and supportive.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to take ownership and grow with the organization.
• Ability to work onsite in night shift
