Technician (Machine Copier)

About the role

Installation, servicing and maintenance of large format plotter & multi-function printer. Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery. Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions. Performing repairs and servicing to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Installation, servicing and maintenance of large format plotter & multi-function printer

• Conduct equipment training to customers

• Feedback & complete technical service report

• Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions

• Performing repairs and servicing to ensure optimal performance and reliability

• Maintaining detailed records of all work completed

• Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements

• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations

About you

• Possess Own Transport & willing to travel for work
• Preferably with Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in IT background with experience in related field
• Being able to response to urgency on time and complete task to tight deadlines
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on skills in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
