VP, Pharma Media

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Pharma Media to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This leader will own senior-level media strategy for pharma clients, with a strong emphasis on HCP and integrated HCP/DTC programs. The role will partner closely with data, measurement, and practice leaders to translate client goals into media plans that deliver measurable outcomes. This is a highly client-facing leadership position that will also support growth within existing accounts, new business efforts, and team mentorship.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,100 – $190,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead media strategy and client relationships with a focus on HCP and integrated HCP/DTC programs
• Develop audience strategies that align client goals with measurable media outcomes
• Collaborate with data and practice leaders to integrate media plans and apply advanced measurement approaches
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through the company's unique offerings
• Support new business development and mentor teams while promoting strategic rigor and client service excellence
• Monitor emerging media channels and shifts in pharma marketing to stay current

Qualifications

• 10+ years of media experience, particularly in pharma marketing and HCP strategy
• Experience with HCP and DTC strategies, especially in oncology, is a plus
• Strong understanding of advanced data concepts, including MMM and patient-level insights
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to executive clients
• Collaborative mindset and effectiveness in cross-functional team environments
