What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Maintain warehouse inventory records and ERP entries.
- Prepare GRN, material issue, transfer, dispensing, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate raw material dispensing as per approved BMR/BPR and SOPs.
- Verify material name, batch number, quantity, status, and expiry before dispensing.
- Ensure proper weighing, labeling, double-checking, and documentation of dispensed materials.
- Maintain batch-wise inventory and material traceability.
- Follow GMP, GDP, SOP, FIFO/FEFO and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Purchase, and Logistics.
- Perform physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain warehouse and dispensing-area documentation and records.
