Monotech Engineers is looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer & SEO Executive to manage website development, maintenance, and search engine optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in website development, SEO strategies, and improving website performance and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the company website.
• Design responsive, user-friendly, and mobile-friendly web pages.
• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, or other relevant technologies.
• Identify and fix website bugs, technical issues, and performance problems.
• Ensure website speed, security, and cross-browser compatibility.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal links.
• Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Build quality backlinks and improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, indexing, and SEO performance.
• Prepare regular reports and recommend improvements to increase organic traffic.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in web development and SEO.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
• Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Knowledge of responsive web design, website speed optimization, and basic website security.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, industrial, engineering, or manufacturing websites.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and content management.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
