YouTube executive

Job Purpose: YouTube Manager is responsible for the complete planning, publishing, optimization and growth of the YouTube channel.

Technical Skills:

· Title & Description Optimization

· Competitor Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain the YouTube content calendar and upload schedule.

· Manage video uploads, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists and metadata.

· Coordinate with video editors, designers and content/faculty teams.

· Optimize videos according to search behavior and YouTube SEO.

· Monitor views, watch time, CTR, retention and subscriber growth.

· Identify high-performing topics and suggest new content opportunities.

· Manage long-form videos, Shorts and live streams as required.

· Prepare channel performance reports.

Qualification & Experience:

· Graduation preferred; 2–4 years relevant YouTube experience preferred.

· Strong understanding of YouTube Analytics and content optimization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
