לחברה מובילה בתחום הגז דרוש/ה -נציג/ת בק אופיס למוקד עם שיחות יוצאות ללקוחות החברה במגוון תחומים. מיקום- אזה"ת אזור ליד חולון מטרת התפקיד: מהווה קו שני במתן פתרונות שירות עבור לקוחות וטכנאים וגורמים פנים ארגונים. ביצוע מעקב ובקרה על טכנאים בשטח, ניהול סדר יום של טכנאים, פתרון בעיות. ניסיון קודם בתחום שרות לקוחות / שירות/ בק אופיס/ מוקד -חובה יכולת ניהול וביצוע מס’ משימות במקביל, יחסי אנוש, יכולת עבודה בלחץ בסביבה מרובת יעדים.
שרותיות, עבודה בצוות, יוזמה וחריצות. משרה א-ה שכר -42 לשעה+ממוצע בונסים +נסיעות+תן ביס יומי.
