למרכז רפואי העמק דרוש/ה אנליסט/ית למחקרי נתונים.
תיאור התפקיד:
- ביצוע בדיקות התכנות להצעות מחקר ומתן הכוונה לחוקרים מול נתוני המסד
- שליפת נתונים, אימותם והנגשתם לחוקרים על פי פרוטוקול המחקר בהתאם לאישורים ונהלים
- ביצוע אנליזות וויזואליזציות לנתונים
- שימוש בידע לעיבוד נתונים, בתוכנות ובשיטות הסטטיסטיות כדי להבין, לנתח ולהעריך מידע זמין ואמין
- זיהוי הזדמנויות לשיפור תהליך חציבת הנתונים ותהליך המחקר
- התפקיד כולל עבודה עם כל בעלי העניין, לרבות צוות רפואי, אפידמיולוגים, סטטיסטיקאים, מדעני נתונים
דרישות התפקיד:
- תואר ראשון במדעי הנתונים/ בהנדסת מערכות תעשייה/מידע/ מדעי המחשב או ניסיון עבודה שווה ערך
- ניסיון בעבודה עם דאטה רפואי
- ידע וניסיון בניתוח נתונים
- אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
- ידע וניסיון מעשי ב-R/Python
- יתרון לבעלי ניסיון בתחומי הרפואה/אקדמיה/מסדי נתונים
