קבלת קהל הפונים למחלקה, מתן מענה למטופלים.ות ומשפחתם, מתן שירות לצוות הרפואי, הסיעודי והפארה רפואי, טיפול בכל ההיבטים של גביית תשלומים עבור הביקור, כולל בקרה על טפסי 17 והפניות, מתן מענה טלפוני לציבור הפונים ועוד.

דרישות:
תעודת מזכירות רפואית או ניסיון עבודה זהה בארגון רפואי
ניסיון אדמיניסטרטיבי/מזכירותי קודם
יכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת
תודעת שירות גבוהה
יכולת עבודה בצוות
יכולת עבודה בעומס ותחת לחץ
סדר וארגון בעבודה

היקף משרה:
50% משרה - גמיש
