לחברה העוסקת בתחום הנדל"ן דרוש/ה מנהל/ת חשבונות לצוות הכספים.
מה כולל התפקיד?
▪ ניהול שוטף של הנהלת חשבונות
▪ הכנת מאזנים
▪ רישום חשבוניות ספקים
▪ הפקת קבלות וחשבוניות לשוכרים, כולל חישובי הצמדות ומעקב בהתאם להסכמים
▪ טיפול בכרטיסי אשראי והתאמות
▪ עבודה מול הרשויות – דוחות חודשיים, רבעוניים ושנתיים
▪ רישום פקודות יומן (הוצאות לשלם, הוצאות מראש)
▪ התחשבנות בין-חברתית
▪ עבודה כחלק מצוות כספים מקצועי

✔ ידע וניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת חשבשבת – חובה
