- עבודה על מכלולים מולטי דיסציפלינאריים

- תואר ראשון בהנדסת מכונות/ אווירונאוטיקה
- 5 שנות ניסיון לפחות בפיתוח והוכחת מנגנונים
- 5 שנות ניסיון לפחות בהובלת תהליכי פיתוח
- ניסיון בתכן מנגנונים הידראוליים, פנאומטיים ואלקטרומכניים – יתרון משמעותי
- רקע במערכות טילאיות מוטסות – יתרון
