התפקיד כולל:
✔ הובלת כלל פעילות הרכש
✔ ניהול ספקים אסטרטגיים והסכמי מסגרת בהיקפים משמעותיים.
✔ ניהול משא ומתן מסחרי והבטחת זמינות חומרי גלם ומוצרים.
✔ עבודה שוטפת מול ייצור, לוגיסטיקה, תפ"י, איכות ושאר ממשקי שרשרת האספקה.
✔ ניהול והובלת צוות מקצועי של קניינים.
דרישות:
ניסיון בתפקיד ניהול מחלקת רכש גדולה- מינימום 5 שנים
ניסיון בחברה יצרנית פרויקטאלית עם מכלולים מורכבים- חובה
ניסיון בהסכמי מסגרת – מינימום 20M
אנגלית ברמה שוטפת- חובה
אקסל- שליטה מלאה כולל ניתוח קבצים מורכבים, הסקת מסקנות ותובנות
ניסיון במערכת ERP- חובה
ניסיון בניהול צוות- חובה
הסמכה בתחום הרכש ו/או בתחום יבוא-יצוא יתרון משמעותי.
