- ריכוז, גבייה וטיפול בחשבונות סטודנטים: תוכניות לימודים ופרוייקטים, חיוב וזיכוי חשבונות בגין ביטולי הרשמה ופטורים, הפסקות לימודים, טיפול בהחזרים, תביעות משפטיות, חובות. - סגירה חשבונאית לתארים: הוצאת מכתבים לחייבים, החזר לזכאים וכו'. - פתיחת פרויקטים לאוכלוסיות מיוחדות בתאום עם גורמים פנים אוניברסיטאיים: מדור רישום, אגף תתו"כ, פקולטות וכו'. - ריכוז בקשות ותשלומים מהמממנים – גורמים פנים וחוץ אוניברסיטאיים, דיווח פטורים ומימונים לסטודנטים.
- ביצוע ביקורת בתום תקופת השינויים לרישום לקורסים, תאום רישום לקורסים עם הפקולטות. - טיפול בבדיקה, הפקה ומשלוח שוברי תשלום לסטודנטים, עדכון אתר האינטרנט וחוברת שכר לימוד לסטודנטים. - מתן שירות לפניות וקבלת קהל סטודנטים. - מתן מענה ושירות במוקד חשבונות סטודנטים.
- מתן סיוע וגיבוי לבעלי התפקיד במדור. - ביצוע מטלות נוספות בהנחיית הממונה. - תואר אקדמי. - ניסיון של שנתיים בתחומים רלוונטיים.
- ניסיון עבודה עם מערכות תקציב וכספים. - ניסיון במתן שירות ועבודה עם קהל. - ניסיון עבודה ב-EXCEL. - שליטה בשפה האנגלית ברמה טובה.
- רצוי- ניסיון בהנהלת חשבונות.
