התפקיד כולל הטמעת מערכת מידע, ליווי ותמיכה במשתמשים בסביבת העבודה, הטמעה פרטנית, מתן מענה לשאלות ולקשיים תפעוליים בזמן אמת, זיהוי ותיעוד תקלות ופערים, ריכוז משובים וצרכים מהשטח ועבודה בשיתוף פעולה עם צוותי ההדרכה, התמיכה והגורמים המקצועיים.
משרה מלאה, קבועה ברעננה/לוד וגם נסיעות לאתרי הלקוח בהתאם.
דרישות המשרה:
ניסיון בהטמעת מערכות מידע במסגרת פרויקט אחד לפחות – חובה
ניסיון בהדרכה או תמיכה במערכות – יתרון
אוריינטציה טכנולוגית ויכולת למידה מהירה.
