התפקיד כולל מתן שירות ותמיכה טכנית למשתמשים פנים-ארגוניים, באמצעות מענה טלפוני ובדוא"ל, טיפול בתקלות חומרה, תוכנה וציוד היקפי, אבחון תקלות ומתן מענה ראשוני.
בנוסף, אחריות על תיעוד ומעקב אחר פניות במערכת CRM, תיאום תיקונים והתקנות ציוד, חלוקת משימות לטכנאים ומעקב אחר ביצוען ועוד.

דרישות:
