אחריות על תהליכי גיוס מקצה לקצה עבור מערך הבוטיקים ומוקד השירות – ליווי המועמדים והמנהלים.
ליווי תהליכי קליטה וסיום העסקה.
מתן מענה שוטף לעובדים ומנהלים בנושאי HR.
ניהול נתוני עובדים ובקרות במערכות משאבי אנוש.
אחריות על תהליכים אדמיניסטרטיביים ועמידה בנהלים.
עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים פנים-ארגוניים.
דרישות:
ניסיון קודם של שנה–שנתיים בתפקיד HR Coordinator / HR Specialist.
יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובסביבה מרובת משימות.
סדר, ארגון ודיוק ברמה גבוהה.
יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת עבודה מול ממשקים רבים.
אנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד.
שליטה גבוהה ב-Excel וב-PowerPoint.
