מה תעשו בתפקיד?

• תובילו את תהליך בניית הצעות המחיר והמענה למכרזים מול לקוחות בארץ ובחו״ל

• תרכזו את כלל הנתונים המסחריים, הטכניים והתפעוליים לצורך בניית תמחיר לפרויקטים ומוצרים

• תבנו מודלי עלות, ניתוחים עסקיים ודוחות רווח והפסד ותציגו אותם להנהלת החברה

• תובילו משא ומתן מסחרי וחוזי מול לקוחות

• תנהלו את ההיבטים המסחריים והפיננסיים של חוזים והתקשרויות

• תעבדו באופן שוטף מול הנדסה, תפעול, רכש, שיווק, כספים וגורמים נוספים בארגון

• תנהלו ותפתחו צוות של מנהלי התקשרויות ותמחירנים

מה אנחנו מחפשים?

• לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בניהול צוות

• ניסיון משמעותי בהכנת הצעות מחיר, תמחור פרויקטים, מכרזים או Cost Models

• ניסיון בניהול חוזים והתקשרויות מסחריות

• ניסיון במשא ומתן מול לקוחות

• ניסיון בעבודה בסביבה תעשייתית, פרויקטלית ומטריציונית

• ניסיון בעבודה מול לקוחות ומנהלים בכירים

• תואר בכלכלה, מנהל עסקים, תעשייה וניהול או משפטים

ניסיון מהתעשייה הביטחונית או מתעשייה גלובלית מורכבת יהווה יתרון משמעותי.

יתרון גם להיכרות עם Compliance, ITAR ורגולציה אמריקאית.

נדרשת שליטה גבוהה ב־Excel, Word ו־PowerPoint, לצד יכולת ניסוח ותקשורת מצוינת בעברית ובאנגלית.

Head of Pricing, Proposals, Contracts & Commercial Affairs | Plasan Sasa

If you come from the defense industry or another complex project-based industrial environment, have hands-on experience with pricing, commercial proposals, tenders, contracts, and customer engagements, and are looking for your next leadership role in northern Israel, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Plasan, located in Kibbutz Sasa in the Upper Galilee , is looking for an experienced manager to lead our pricing, commercial proposal, contract, and customer engagement activities in Israel and worldwide.

This is not a traditional finance role . It sits at the intersection of Finance, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Business Development, and Customer Management , and requires a strong understanding of how complex industrial projects are translated into competitive commercial proposals and contracts.

Location: Kibbutz Sasa, Upper Galilee, Israel.

Plasan is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of advanced protection and survivability solutions for defense and security forces around the world. For more than 40 years, we have been developing and manufacturing complex engineering solutions for major international projects, from our home in Kibbutz Sasa.

What will you do?

• Lead the preparation of commercial proposals and responses to customer tenders in Israel and internationally.
• Coordinate the commercial, technical, operational, and financial inputs required to build complete project and product pricing.
• Develop cost models, business analyses, and P&L assessments and present them to senior management.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with customers.
• Manage the commercial and financial aspects of contracts and customer engagements.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Business Development, and other functions across the organization.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Contract Managers and Cost Analysts.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience managing a team.
• Significant experience in commercial proposals, project pricing, tender responses, or cost modeling.
• Experience in contract management and commercial engagements.
• Experience leading commercial negotiations with customers.
• Experience working in a complex industrial, project-based, and matrix environment.
• Experience working with senior management and customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Law.

Experience in the defense industry or another complex global industrial environment is a strong advantage.

Knowledge of Compliance, ITAR, and U.S. regulatory requirements is also an advantage.

Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

We are looking for someone who knows how to take many moving parts, numbers, requirements, stakeholders, and constraints and turn them into one strong, competitive commercial proposal.
