לחברה בתחום המדיקל מאזור המרכז דרוש/ה מתאם/ת הזמנות ולוגיסטיקה. התפקיד כולל: טיפול בהזמנות לקוח המגיעות במדיות השונות (מייל/ וואטספ/ טלפון/ פקס). מתן מענה בנושא בירורי הזמנות, החלפות, טיפול בזיכויים. עבודה מול ממשקים רבים פנים וחוץ ארגוני- לקוחות, סוכנים, רכש, מחסן, חברות הפצה.
טיפול בדוחות בקרה. מענה טלפוני ללקוחות ולחברת ההפצה העבודה בסביבה דינאמית ולחוצה הדורשת דיוק, אחריות, וירידה לפרטים. ניסיון בתפקיד דומה (עבודה מול לקוחות) עבודה על מערכת ERP היכרות עם פריוריטי - יתרון. אנגלית בסיסית יכולת עבודה בסביבה לחוצה ודינאמית, דייקנ/ית, אמינ/ה, יכולת עבודה בצוות
