תחומי אחריות

ריכוז, ניהול ומעקב אחר הסכמי עמלות.
הקמת הסכמים ועדכונם במערכות חברות הביטוח.
ליווי ומתן מענה שוטף ומקצועי לסוכנויות וסוכני משנה בנושאי הסכמים, עמלות ותהליכי עבודה.
ממשקי עבודה מול מחלקות פנימיות בסוכנות: מכירות, כספים, תפעול.
עבודה שוטפת מול מחלקות הסכמים ועמלות בבתי השקעות וחברות הביטוח.
שמירה על דיוק ועמידה בלוחות זמנים.

דרישות התפקיד

ניסיון והיכרות עם עולם הביטוח -יתרון משמעותי
ניסיון בעבודה עם דוחות ונתונים – יתרון.
שליטה טובה ב- Excel
יכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד עבודה בצוות.
סדר, ארגון וירידה לפרטים.
אחריות אישית ויכולת ניהול משימות במקביל.
