לגוף ציבורי באזור חולון דרושה מפקח/ת פרויקטים ומיזוג אוויר אנחנו מחפשים איש/ת מקצוע אחראי/ת ומסור/ה להצטרפות לאגף האחזקה שלנו, לניהול ותפעול מגוון מבני ציבור ותשתיות. תיאור התפקיד: ניהול תחום האחזקה (מונעת ושבר) במבני הציבור באחריות האגף. סיוע בריכוז תחום מיזוג אוויר, מתן ייעוץ וביצוע עבודות בסיסיות במידת הצורך. הכנה ויישום של תוכניות אחזקה שוטפות, שנתיות ורב-שנתיות למבנים ושטחי פיתוח.

עריכת מכרזי אחזקה ייעודיים ובקרה על רציפותם. ניהול והפעלת קבלנים: פיקוח, בקרה על ביצוע ואישור חשבונות. תיאום עבודות מול לקוחות וגורמים שונים. הפעלת מתכננים ויועצים למתן פתרונות אחזקה.

ניהול תכנון, ביצוע והתקשרות לפרויקטים קטנים. קבלת מבני ציבור לאחזקה מחברות בת עירוניות. ייצוג האגף בישיבות. משרה מלאה השכלה: 12 שנות לימוד, תעודת בגרות מלאה או תעודת סיום קורס שלטון מקומי.

יכולת ניהול, פיקוח ותיאום מול גורמים מגוונים.
