ממונה/ת בטיחות ראשי/ת– חטיבת הלוגיסטיקה כפיפות ארגונית- סמנכ"ל לוגיסטיקה מיקום- אתר החברה בנתניה ובאתרי החברה ברחבי הארץ מטרת התפקיד ניהול, הובלה והטמעה של תחום הבטיחות בכלל פעילות חטיבת הלוגיסטיקה, תוך יצירת תרבות בטיחות ארגונית, שמירה על סביבת עבודה בטוחה לעובדים, קבלנים ומבקרים, עמידה בדרישות החוק והרגולציה, צמצום סיכונים ומניעת תאונות עבודה בכלל אתרי החברה. תחומי אחריות מרכזיים ניהול והובלת תחום הבטיחות תעודת ממונה בטיחות בתוקף – חובה. ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בניהול תחום בטיחות בארגון לוגיסטי, תפעולי או תעשייתי– חובה. ניסיון בעבודה מול מספר אתרים בפריסה ארצית– חובה.

ניסיון בהובלת תהליכי בטיחות, חקירת אירועים, הדרכות וביקורות. היכרות מעמיקה עם חקיקת הבטיחות והרגולציה בישראל. שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office ובמערכות מחשוב ודיווח. יכולת ניתוח נתונים והפקת דוחות ומדדים.

עברית ברמה גבוהה מאוד. אנגלית ברמה טובה. רישיון נהיגה ונכונות לנסיעות מרובות ברחבי הארץ. תעודת ממונה אש, מדריך עבודה בגובה או מדריך מוסמך – יתרון.
