מטרת התפקיד:
מתן תמיכה אדמיניסטרטיבית לצוות המכירות והצוות התפעולי, במטרה לקדם עסקאות ולמקסם את חווית הלקוחות בתהליך המכירה, הן פנים ארגונית והן קצה (ללקוחות החיצוניים).
איך יראה היום שלך:
- ניהול ומעקב אחר הלידים הנכנסים לאולם (והעברה לטיפול נציגי המכירות), תיאום פגישות מכירה ונסיעות מבחן, מתן מענה לשיחות נכנסות והעברת הודעות לנציג הרלוונטי
- עמידה בקשר עם לקוחות קיימים, טיפול בהזמנות עד שלב המסירה
- עבודה אדמיניסטרטיבית – טיפול בתיקי לקוח, מכירה לסוחרים, מפרטי רכב ותפעול אתר כלמוביל טרייד
- עבודה מול מתאמות מכירה ותפעול בסניף פ"ת על כלל הפעילות ומול ממשקים פנים וחוץ ארגוניים (מחלקות: אספקה, שירות, שיווק, הנהלת חשבונות, אתר מסירה וכו'')
- סיוע בהפקת דוחות גבייה וערבויות, עדכון מבצעים, עדכון היעדים וכד''
- ניהול הרכש במתחם המכירה
