חברת Mertens - MalamTeam מגייסת מנהל.ת פרויקטים לארגון מוביל בשרון תיאור משרה: מנהל פרויקטים בסביבת WEB אחראי על ניהול, תיאום ופיקוח על פרויקטים טכנולוגיים בתחום האינטרנט והדיגיטלי, משלב הייזום ועד להשלמה המוצלחת והמסירה ללקוח או למחלקה הפנימית. התפקיד דורש הבנה טכנולוגית לצד יכולות ניהוליות, ארגון, תקשורת בינאישית גבוהה, ויכולת לעבודה בתנאי לחץ ובסביבה מרובת משימות. ניסיון של 2-3 שנים לפחות בניהול פרויקטים בסביבת WEB היכרות עם טכנולוגיות WEB (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, מערכות ניהול תוכן וכד') ידע וניסיון בתפעול מערכת Dynamics CRM היכרות עם תחומי הבינה המלאכותית (AI) יכולת עבודה עם סביבת SharePoint ניסיון בעבודה עם כלי ניהול פרויקטים (כגון Monday) יכולת ניהול תקציב, משאבים ולוחות זמנים תואר ראשון רלוונטי – יתרון (מדעי המחשב, הנדסת תעשייה וניהול, מערכות מידע וכד') יכולת עבודה עצמאית ועבודת צוות יחסי אנוש מעולים, יוזמה וחשיבה יצירתית
