נספרסו מגייסת מנהל/ת אזור למערך הבוטיקים! התפקיד כולל:
- ניהול ליווי ופיתוח מנהלי הבוטיק והבוטיקים באזור המוגדר
- הובלת האזור לעמידה ביעדי השירות והמכירה
- הוצאה לפועל של תוכניות העבודה ואסטרטגיית החברה בערוץ הבוטיקים
- ניתוח נתונים, הסקת מסקנות לשיפור ביצועי האזור
- ניהול יחידות רווח והפסד ופיתוח עסקי של הבוטיקים
- הובלת תחום חווית הלקוח ברצפת המכירה בהתאם לערכי המותג ולסטנדרטים הנדרשים
- עבודת ממשקים צמודה מול יחידות מטה בארגון
- משרה זמנית החלפה לחל"ד
דרישות:
- ניסיון ניהולי בתחום הRetail
- תואר ראשון רלוונטי- חובה
- אנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד
- יכולת הנעה של צוותים גדולים ורתימה של ממשקים
- יכולת ניתוח נתונים גבוהה והסקת מסקנות
