- תואר אקדמי בסיעוד או מוכר בסיעוד
- ניסיון במחקר - יתרון
- יחסי אנוש מעולים
- יכולת לעבודה בצוות ולעבודה עצמאית
- ניסיון וידע ביישומי מחשב
- כישורי תיאום וארגון
- אנגלית ברמה טובה
