תחומי אחריות
מתן תמיכה טכנית (Helpdesk) למשתמשי הקצה של הלקוח
התקנה, תחזוקה ופתרון תקלות בסביבות Windows Server / Active Directory
ניהול וטיפול בתשתיות Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
ניהול וביצוע פרויקטים טכנולוגיים מקצה לקצה
טיפול בציוד קצה, רשתות, הדפסות וגיבויים
תיעוד קריאות שירות במערכת Ticketing
עבודה מול ספקים וגורמים חיצוניים בעת הצורך
דרישות
ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות בתמיכה טכנית / סיסטם
הכרות עם סביבות Windows Server, Active Directory, M365
שירותיות, יכולת עבודה עצמאית ותודעת שירות גבוהה
