לתפקיד מגוון ודינמי באגף משאבי אנוש, הכולל ליווי העובד לאורך כל מחזור חיי ההעסקה מקליטה ועד סיום העסקה.
התפקיד כולל עבודה מול ריבוי ממשקים, טיפול בחוזים והסכמי העסקה, מעקב אחר תהליכים ומשימות, טיפול בסוגיות פרט ומתן שירות שוטף לרופאים ולמנהלים.
דרישות :
- תואר ראשון – חובה
- ניסיון במשאבי אנוש / אדמיניסטרציה מורכבת / תפקיד תפעולי רב-משימתי – חובה
- ניסיון בעבודה עם חוזים – יתרון משמעותי
- שליטה גבוהה באופיס ויכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת
- סדר, דיוק, יכולת ניהול ומעקב ותודעת שירות גבוהה
