למחלקת משאבי אנוש דרוש/ה רכז/ת גיוס ומשאבי אנוש, למטה החברה בבני ברק 😊
תיאור התפקיד:
פרסום משרות בערוצים מגוונים (עיתונות, רשתות חברתיות, לוחות דרושים, פלטפורמות גיוס וכו’).
סינון קורות חיים, ביצוע ראיונות טלפוניים ופרונטליים וניהול תהליכי מיון
עבודה שוטפת מול מנהלי הסניפים ומנהלי האזור
טיפול ברווחת עובדים- הזמנת מתנות לחגים, ארגון ימי גיבוש והרמות כוסית, ארגון הדרכות רשתיות.
בקרה על שעות עבודה וסידורי עבודה
טיפול בעובד מרגע קליטתו לחברה ועד לסיום עבודתו.
אפשרי גם כתפקיד ראשוני בתחילת הדרך!
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בתחום משאבי האנוש - יתרון משמעותי.
עבודה עצמאית וכחלק מצוות.
ידע בתוכנות אופיס.
ניסיון עם תוכנת גיוס CIVI - יתרון.
העבודה במשרה מלאה בימים א'-ה' 08:00-17:00 (ללא היברידיות).
