- ניטור, אבחון וטיפול בתקלות ואירועים בזמן אמת
- עבודה עם שרתים פיזיים ווירטואליים (Hyper-V)
- ניהול הרשאות ומתן תמיכה למשתמשים
- תפעול מערכות גיבוי ומעקב אחר תהליכים
- עבודה מול צוותים מקצועיים וספקים
דרישות:
- ניסיון של 4+ שנים בתפקיד NOC / סיסטם / Help Desk
- ניסיון עם Windows / Linux ו-Active Directory
- ניסיון בעבודה עם וירטואליזציה (Hyper-V / VMware)
- נכונות לעבודה במשמרות כולל לילות וסופ״ש
