התפקיד כולל פיתוח והטמעה של פתרונות AI מתקדמים המבוססים על מודלי שפה (LLMs) ופיתוח RAG Pipelines מקצה לקצה. במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/יהיה אחראי/ת על חיבור מערכות ומידע ארגוני, ניהול וארגון הידע לשליפה חכמה, אופטימיזציה של שאילתות, ומדידה רציפה של איכות תשובות המודל בסביבה ארגונית.
דרישות
פיתוח ואינטגרציות: ניסיון מעשי ב-Python ובחיבור API Integrations.
נתונים ותשתיות AI: הבנה עמוקה במבני נתונים ובסיסי נתונים (SQL + NoSQL), לצד היכרות עם Vector DBs (כגון Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) ובניית RAG Pipelines.
עבודה עם LLMs: ניסיון מעשי עם מודלי שפה, Prompt Engineering ואופטימיזציה של שאילתות.
ניהול ידע והקשר: יכולת ארגון, תיוג וניהול מידע ארגוני לשליפה חכמה ורלוונטית.
אנליטיקה ומדידה: יכולת ניתוח ביצועים, מדידה ושיפור איכות תשובות (Precision, Recall, Hallucination rate) וניסיון ב-A/B testing.
