What they need
Motor Assembly Operator
1. पद का उद्देश्य:
Motor के mechanical एवं electrical components की सही assembly करना।
2. मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
Rotor, stator, bearing, fan, terminal एवं housing की assembly और fitting।
3. योग्यता:
10वीं/12वीं/ITI।
4. अनुभव:
Motor/electrical appliance assembly में 1–3 वर्ष preferred।
5. आवश्यक कौशल:
Hand tools, component identification और assembly sequence की जानकारी।
6. KPI:
Production, assembly quality, rejection एवं rework।
7. कार्य परिस्थितियाँ:
Shop floor एवं standing work।
8. रिपोर्टिंग:
Production Supervisor।
9. विशेष आवश्यकता:
Loose fitting, missing component और गलत assembly नहीं होनी चाहिए।
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
