Job Title: CNC Setter
Location: Faridabad / Ballabgarh
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical preferred
Industry: Manufacturing / Auto Components / Engineering
Key Responsibilities
CNC machine की setting और production करना।
Job drawing के अनुसार tool, fixture और work holding setup करना।
Tool offsets और work offsets set/adjust करना।
CNC program को check, load और run करना।
Cutting speed, feed और machining parameters की setting करना।
First-piece production और dimensional inspection करना।
Vernier, micrometer, bore gauge आदि measuring instruments का उपयोग करना।
Tool wear को monitor करके required tool change/offset correction करना।
Production target और quality standards maintain करना।
Rejection, tool breakdown और machine issues को identify/report करना।
Daily production और quality records maintain करना।
5S, PPE और safety procedures follow करना।
Required Skills
CNC setting का practical experience।
Engineering drawing पढ़ने की ability।
CNC controls/programs की basic knowledge।
Cutting tools, fixtures और measuring instruments की अच्छी understanding।
Auto-component/precision manufacturing experience preferred।
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
