What they need
Coiling / Winding Operator
1. पद का उद्देश्य:
Motor के लिए copper wire की निर्धारित specification के अनुसार winding/coiling करना।
2. मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
Wire loading, machine setting, winding, turns/tension की checking एवं defective coil segregation।
3. योग्यता:
10वीं/12वीं/ITI preferred।
4. अनुभव:
Coiling/Winding machine में 1–3 वर्ष अनुभव preferred।
5. आवश्यक कौशल:
Copper wire handling, winding process और basic machine setting।
6. KPI:
Winding accuracy, rejection, productivity एवं machine utilization।
7. कार्य परिस्थितियाँ:
Production shop floor एवं rotational shift।
8. रिपोर्टिंग:
Production Supervisor / Line Leader।
9. विशेष आवश्यकता:
Wire damage रोकना, सही tension रखना और quality specification follow करना।
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
