Injection Moulding Machine Operator

1. Job Purpose / कार्य का उद्देश्य

English: To operate and monitor moulding machines used for manufacturing plastic components for home appliances, ensuring production quality, machine safety, output targets, and minimum material wastage.

हिंदी: घरेलू उपकरणों के प्लास्टिक पार्ट्स बनाने के लिए मोल्डिंग मशीन का संचालन एवं निगरानी करना तथा उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता, मशीन की सुरक्षा, उत्पादन लक्ष्य और सामग्री की बर्बादी को नियंत्रित करना।

3. Machine Operation / मशीन संचालन

• Operate injection moulding machines as per production requirements and instructions from the supervisor.
• सुपरवाइजर के निर्देशानुसार उत्पादन की आवश्यकता के अनुसार इंजेक्शन मोल्डिंग मशीन चलाना।

2. Production Monitoring / उत्पादन की निगरानी

• Monitor machine cycles, temperature, pressure, and other approved process parameters.
• मशीन साइकिल, तापमान, प्रेशर और अन्य निर्धारित प्रोसेस पैरामीटर की निगरानी करना।

3. Quality Inspection / गुणवत्ता जाँच

• Inspect moulded components for defects such as cracks, flash, short shots, burn marks, deformation, and colour variation.
• तैयार प्लास्टिक पार्ट्स में दरार, अतिरिक्त प्लास्टिक, अधूरी मोल्डिंग, जलने के निशान, आकार में खराबी और रंग में अंतर जैसी कमियों की जाँच करना।

4. Material Handling / सामग्री का प्रबंधन

• Ensure the correct raw material, colour, and material grade are used as per instructions.
• निर्देशानुसार सही कच्चे माल, रंग और मटेरियल ग्रेड का उपयोग सुनिश्चित करना।

5. Machine Safety / मशीन सुरक्षा

• Follow all machine safety instructions and never bypass safety guards or interlocks.
• मशीन सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना तथा सेफ्टी गार्ड या इंटरलॉक को कभी बायपास न करना।

6. Housekeeping / कार्यस्थल की सफाई

• Maintain cleanliness around the machine and keep finished parts and raw materials properly arranged.
• मशीन के आसपास सफाई बनाए रखना तथा तैयार पार्ट्स और कच्चे माल को व्यवस्थित रखना।

7. Production Records / उत्पादन रिकॉर्ड

• Maintain production quantity, rejection, downtime, and material consumption records as required.
• आवश्यकतानुसार उत्पादन मात्रा, रिजेक्शन, मशीन बंद रहने का समय और सामग्री की खपत का रिकॉर्ड रखना।

8. Defect Reporting / खराबी की सूचना

• Immediately inform the supervisor or maintenance team about machine breakdowns, abnormal noise, or repeated quality defects.
• मशीन में खराबी, असामान्य आवाज या बार-बार गुणवत्ता संबंधी समस्या होने पर तुरंत सुपरवाइजर या मेंटेनेंस टीम को सूचित करना।

9. Shift Handover / शिफ्ट हैंडओवर

• Hand over production status, pending work, machine issues, and material details to the next shift operator.
• अगली शिफ्ट के ऑपरेटर को उत्पादन की स्थिति, लंबित कार्य, मशीन की समस्याएँ और सामग्री की जानकारी देना।

10. Rotational Shift Compliance / रोटेशनल शिफ्ट का पालन

• Work in day, evening, or night shifts as per the company roster and report on time.
• कंपनी के रोस्टर के अनुसार दिन, शाम या रात की शिफ्ट में काम करना और समय पर ड्यूटी पर पहुँचना।

3. Qualification and Experience / शैक्षणिक योग्यता एवं अनुभव

• Education / शिक्षा: 10th Pass preferred; ITI or technical qualification is an advantage. 10वीं पास को प्राथमिकता; ITI या तकनीकी योग्यता होने पर वरीयता दी जाएगी।

• Experience / अनुभव: 1–3 years of experience in injection moulding operations preferred. Freshers may be considered for trainee positions. इंजेक्शन मोल्डिंग मशीन चलाने का 1–3 वर्ष का अनुभव वांछनीय है। फ्रेशर्स को ट्रेनी पद के लिए विचार किया जा सकता है।

• Technical Skills / तकनीकी कौशल: Basic understanding of moulding defects, machine operation, raw materials, and quality standards. मोल्डिंग में होने वाली खराबियों, मशीन संचालन, कच्चे माल और गुणवत्ता मानकों की बुनियादी जानकारी।

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• रोटेशनल शिफ्ट में काम करने की क्षमता।
• Attention to detail and quality.
• गुणवत्ता और बारीकियों पर ध्यान देना।
• Basic machine troubleshooting and problem reporting.
• मशीन की सामान्य समस्याओं की पहचान और रिपोर्टिंग।
• Teamwork, discipline, and punctuality.
• टीमवर्क, अनुशासन और समय की पाबंदी।
• Ability to follow safety instructions and production targets.
• सुरक्षा निर्देशों और उत्पादन लक्ष्यों का पालन करना।

5. Working Conditions / कार्य की परिस्थितियाँ

• Working Hours / कार्य समय: As per the company shift schedule and applicable labour laws. कंपनी के शिफ्ट शेड्यूल एवं लागू श्रम कानूनों के अनुसार।

• Weekly Off / साप्ताहिक अवकाश: As per company policy and applicable law. कंपनी की नीति एवं लागू कानूनों के अनुसार।

• Safety Equipment / सुरक्षा उपकरण: Required PPE must be used as instructed. निर्देशानुसार आवश्यक व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा उपकरण (PPE) का उपयोग करना अनिवार्य है।

• Reporting To / रिपोर्टिंग अधिकारी: Moulding Supervisor / Production Supervisor. मोल्डिंग सुपरवाइजर / प्रोडक्शन सुपरवाइजर।

6. Performance Expectations / कार्य प्रदर्शन की अपेक्षाएँ

The operator is expected to maintain:

• Production targets and machine efficiency.
• न्यूनतम रिजेक्शन एवं सामग्री की बर्बादी।
• Product quality and low rejection rates.
• उत्पादन लक्ष्य और मशीन की कार्यक्षमता।
• Compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
• सुरक्षा एवं साफ-सफाई के मानकों का पालन।
• Accurate production records and proper shift handover.
• सही उत्पादन रिकॉर्ड और उचित शिफ्ट हैंडओवर।

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
