What they need
Machine Operator
1. पद का उद्देश्य:
Production machines को सुरक्षित एवं निर्धारित parameters के अनुसार operate करना।
2. मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
Machine start/stop करना, material loading, output checking और basic machine monitoring।
3. योग्यता:
10वीं/12वीं/ITI।
4. अनुभव:
1–3 वर्ष machine operation का अनुभव वांछनीय।
5. आवश्यक कौशल:
Machine operation, basic troubleshooting और measuring tools की जानकारी।
6. KPI:
Machine productivity, rejection, downtime और target achievement।
7. कार्य परिस्थितियाँ:
Manufacturing shop floor एवं shift duty।
8. रिपोर्टिंग:
Production Supervisor / Machine In-charge।
9. विशेष आवश्यकता:
Safety guard एवं SOP का कड़ाई से पालन।
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
