Accounts Eexecutive (1 Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

• Prepare customer invoices (Import & Export, Container Deposit, DND)

• Check customer e-invoicing status & SST information (B2B exemption)

• Monitor debtor ageing & follow up collection status with CS Team / customer

• Monitor container's deposit refunds

• Handle customer/vendor registration forms and enquiries

Accounts Payable

• Daily extraction of invoices from Port System (Westport & Northport)

• Monitor Westport Terminal credit limits & term to avoid account suspension

• Verify purchase vendor invoices (Terminal, Slot Cost, Depot, EDI, MT Forwarding, Vessel Husbanding, Lashing, Unlashing & Forklift, Trucking, Repairing)

Bank

• Daily Bank Balance Reporting to HQ and MYPKG team

• Update customer payment receipt to MYPKG team (3 times per day-9am, 1pm & 4pm)

• Daily issue of official receipts in accounting system

• Reply bank enquiries related to Inward TT requesting invoice & BL supporting documents

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least Diploma in accounting field with 2-3 years of relevant experience or fresh graduate Degree's holder in Accounting studies.
• Proactive, details oriented, and positive learning attitude.
• Have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, result-oriented, team-oriented, strong cross-group collaborator.
• Bilingual in multi-language to communicate with multinational workforce.
• Able to start work within short notice.
