What they need
- Answering incoming calls, receiving messages, providing information, resolving problems or complaints from the public, and providing support to customers
- Provide performance data Call Ticket Progress & CSS Index and analysis regularly
- Follow up achievement to respective PIC/Dealer in order to increase their performance regularly
- Support the Warranty team in reminding customers to perform Preventive Maintenance
Job Requirement
- Final year student, fresh graduate are welcome
- Have an experience handling customer would be beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Able to speak in English
- Able to work within 3 - 4 months based on project
- Willing to work in Cakung, East Jakarta
