Counsellor - Operations

About The Role We are looking for a CSP Relationship Manager to manage, grow, and strengthen our CSP accounts across Punjab and Haryana . The role will focus on partner relationships, enrolment growth, university performance, and driving business outcomes across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, service, and grow CSP accounts across the assigned region.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with CSP partners.
• Drive regional intake and enrolment targets.
• Promote the right set of universities based on partner and student requirements.
• Monitor and improve university performance across the region.
• Ensure accurate and result-oriented course and university shortlisting.
• Understand partner requirements and provide timely support.
• Identify opportunities to increase business and partner engagement.
• Track regional performance and work towards assigned business targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Travel within the assigned region for partner meetings and business development activities.

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education / B2B Partner Management.
• Experience managing CSPs, agents, sub-agents, or education partners.
• Strong understanding of overseas education and university offerings.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong business acumen with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab and Haryana.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
