What they need
End-to-end CS handling for Import Freight
Work closely with sales and pricing teams for customer-specific requirements
Overseeing day-to-day operational activities & Import documentation
Managing DSR & MIS
Monitor shipment movement & escalate delays
Required Candidate profile
Experience in Import Freight CS, operation & import documentation
Coordinate with shipping agents, and transporters for timely cargo release and delivery
Good communication skill
