Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring annual filings under the Companies Act and other such Company law compliances; assuring e-filing of returns Filing of various e-forms including AOC-4 + CSR-2, AOC-4 CFS, MGT-7/7A, MGT-14, ADT-1 and ADT-3, DIR-3, DIR-3 KYC, DIR-
• 12, SH-7, INC-22, MSME-1, DPT-3, PAS-3, PAS-6, INC-22, INC-20A etc.
• Filing of various Forms related to LLP Incorporation i.e. Fillip and Compliances including Form-11, Form-8 and Form-3, Form-4 on MCA portal.
• Right issue, Name Change of private company
• Conversion of LLP into Private Company, Closure of LLP i.e. form-24
• NBFC COMPLIANCES- Annual filing of NBFC including DNBS-10, DNBS-13 on RBI CIMS Portal.
• Preparation of Notice, Agenda & Notes to Agenda for convening the board meeting, committee meeting and annual general meeting, and meeting convened through postal ballot, Preparation and circulation of minutes.
• Responsible for preparation of many documents like LLP Agreement, Rent Agreement, Expression of Interest, Request for
• Resolution plan, Directors Declarations, FCGPR Drafts etc.
