About the Role

Veeline Industries Limited is looking for a CS Executive-qualified candidate to join the Secretarial & Legal team for a 21-month training tenure. The candidate will get practical exposure to corporate secretarial, ROC/MCA, Board and shareholder-related compliances and general corporate law matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in MCA/ROC compliances and statutory filings.
• Preparation of Board Meeting, Committee Meeting and General Meeting notices, agendas, resolutions and minutes.
• Assisting in preparation and maintenance of statutory registers and records.
• Assisting with AGM/EGM compliances, notices, e-voting and related documentation for company and the group company
• Preparation and filing of forms such as AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, MGT-14, PAS-6, DIR-3 KYC and other applicable forms.
• Assisting in annual compliances and event-based compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Assistance in Secretarial Audit and other regulatory compliances.
• Assisting in preparation/review of Board’s Report, Annual Report and other corporate documents for company and the group company.
• Maintaining compliance trackers, records and supporting documentation.
• Assistance in Due diligence for various corporate transactions.

Eligibility / Requirements

• CS Executive examination cleared.
• Candidate should be eligible and willing to undergo the full 21-month CS practical training/tenure.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
