What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of CSAT leads across Cebu site
- Drive initiatives to deliver best-in-class CSAT performance for Affirm.
- Analyze CSAT data, identify trends, and develop actionable plans to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategies for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong analytical and managerial skills.
- Ability to interpret data and create actionable plans to improve CSAT.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in Six Sigma is a plus.
