Role purpose
The CSP Funding Co-Ordinator keeps our Microsoft-funded engagements running smoothly - tracking every engagement, its milestones, deliverables, and funding value; ensuring documentation and evidence meet Microsoft's requirements; and keeping stakeholders and reporting on track. Based in India and reporting to the UK-based CSP Operations Manager, the role works closely with the Microsoft Programme Manager and senior leadership to give clear, real-time visibility of programme performance across the Microsoft Practice.
Key responsibilities
- Engagement tracking - maintain accurate records of all Microsoft-funded engagements, including current status, key milestones, deliverables, and funding values.
- Deadlines and risk - monitor engagement deadlines and proactively flag risks or delays to the Microsoft Programme Manager.
- Documentation and evidence - ensure all required documentation and evidence is captured, filed, and submitted in line with Microsoft's requirements.
- Data accuracy - liaise with Microsoft Partner Center and internal systems to keep engagement data accurate and up to date.
- Stakeholder management - chase internal and external stakeholders to ensure actions, approvals, and information requests are completed on time.
- Funding eligibility - complete funding requests as required to establish customer eligibility for funded engagements.
- Reporting - compile regular reports on funded-engagement pipeline, status, and outcomes for review by the Microsoft Programme Manager and senior leadership.
- Board presentations - support the preparation of board-level presentation materials, including pulling together data, formatting slides, and ensuring accuracy of figures.
- Dashboards and trackers - maintain dashboards and trackers that give real-time visibility of programme performance across the Microsoft Practice.
- Funding maximisation - partner with account managers to identify eligible engagements early and ensure available funding is fully used before it expires.
- Process and audit readiness - keep a clean audit trail for every engagement and suggest improvements to tracking and claim processes.
- Programme knowledge - stay current with changes to Microsoft funding programmes, deadlines, and eligibility rules, and share relevant updates with the team.
