CSR Program Coordinator

About the role

This role involves developing and managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Community Development programs based on social mapping, community needs, and company strategic direction. You will manage CSR programs end-to-end, from assessment through planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, while managing stakeholder and community relations and identifying and mitigating potential social and reputational risks in operational areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop CSR and Community Development strategies and programs based on social mapping, community needs assessment, and company strategic direction
• Manage CSR programs end-to-end, including assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
• Manage stakeholder and community relations and identify and mitigate potential social and reputational risks in operational areas
• Ensure CSR programs support PROPER achievement, including management of evidence, documentation, and measurement of social impact
• Prepare evaluations, social impact reports, and strategic recommendations to Management for sustainable program development

About you

• Minimum S1 qualification, preferably in Social Development, Sociology, Communication, Public Relations, Community Development, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CSR, Community Development, Social Investment, or Social Impact
• Experience in industrial zones, property, infrastructure, manufacturing, or environments with similar stakeholder complexity
• Experience in Social Mapping, Stakeholder Mapping, Community Needs Assessment, and community empowerment program development
• Understanding of PROPER, community empowerment, stakeholder engagement, social impact, and social risk management
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities
