CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintaining good relations with customers, locate their concerns, suggestions and comments; and be a channel in resolving customer complaints to gain total customer satisfaction.
• Support of CS performance and reports from branches and dealer assigned zone.
• Conduct dealer’s audit, submission of audit findings to CS management and make improvement recommendations with follow-up action plans.
• Handle Sales and Service activities (thru SMS Blasts) and other seasonal promo.
• In charge of online booking daily responses, MI Star monthly compilation and announcement.
• Provide other administrative support to ensure smooth operation in Customer Service Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor/College degree holder.
• With at least 1-2 years in administrative, customer service or operational function.
• With positive attitude, reliable and well-adjusted to a diverse and fast-paced working environment.
• With strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.
