Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Marketing & Sales Team, responsible for handling customer inquiries and driving sales conversions across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries through chat, calls, or other channels
- Assist customers with product and payment inquiries
- Follow up with interested customers
- Convert inquiries into successful sales/closed deals
- Meet assigned sales and conversion targets
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
About you
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented
- Willing to learn and be trained
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous CSR, telesales, chat sales, or sales experience is an advantage
