Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and well-presented CSR to join our boutique store at Tariq Road. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, supporting sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide information about products, prices, sizes, availability, and ongoing promotions.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Assist with billing and other day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in CSR, customer service, boutique, clothing brand, or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and polite attitude.
• Confident, well-groomed, and professionally presented.
• Ability to handle customers and complaints calmly.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet sales targets.

Timing: 12 PM - 9 PM
Days: Mon - Sat
Location: Lavish Mall, Tariq Road

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
