We are looking for experienced Ductwork Mates and General Operatives holding a CSCS Green Card to support our skilled installation teams across the business. Roles are available on national agreement contracts, including major framework and infrastructure projects, with competitive rates, paid holiday, pension contributions, and travel support where applicable.

NAECI National Agreement Contracts – North London Heat and Power

• Hourly rate: 38-hour guaranteed week, Grade 2 £16.73 per hour plus £2.79 per hour bonus based on safety, attendance, and performance
• Overtime: Monday to Friday and the first 4 hours on Saturday paid at £23.42 per hour
• Sunday hours paid at £30.11 per hour
• Local candidates: daily travel expenses and daily travel allowance available.
• Travelling candidates: weekly tax-free accommodation allowance of £373.73
• Travelling candidates: 12 paid weekend leaves each year; travel time and expenses covered for this period.
• Paid tea break
• 33 days paid holiday
• Pension contributions
