Job Overview We are seeking a proactive Electrical Engineer to oversee and coordinate electrical projects across multiple site locations in SOCCSKSARGEN and Davao. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site logistics, coordinating directly with clients and general contractors, and keeping field teams aligned and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Management: Oversee and monitor progress across multiple active project sites in General Santos City, Koronadal, and Davao.
• Client & Contractor Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for clients and general contractors to address technical requirements, project updates, and on-site alignment.
• Materials & Deployment Management: Prepare site material requisitions, track inventory, and manage daily manpower deployment and assignments for site technicians and workers.
• Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with internal technical teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure execution complies with standards and safety guidelines.
• Project Delivery: Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot on-site engineering challenges, and ensure projects are completed within timeframes and technical specifications.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Registered Electrical Engineer / REE license preferred).
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Prior exposure to electrical installations, power distribution, or solar PV systems is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle concurrent site operations across different locations.
• Willingness to travel between project sites in Gensan, Koronadal, and Davao.How to Apply
